Marvin Clarke is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of experience, specializing in the care of dual-diagnosed individuals. His career began by aiding chronically homeless individuals in securing housing through a groundbreaking program.

 

Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Social Work at Tulane University, Marvin is dedicated to researching effective methods for housing dually diagnosed homeless individuals. In 2019, he founded Clarke Property Rentals LLCs, transitioning into property development. Through his company, Marvin renovated residential properties, providing state-funded subsidized housing.

 

His unique blend of clinical expertise, research pursuits, and entrepreneurial spirit reflects a commitment to holistic solutions for those facing dual diagnoses and homelessness.
