Bethlehem Bekele Belatchew,
Founder & Executive Director
Bethlehem is an artist, author, and cultural visionary dedicated to creating a culture of wellness that thrives wherever people live, work, and lead. As the founder of Kinet Bet, she bridges the gap between heritage and modern well-being, moving wellness from an afterthought to a foundational priority.
A self-taught professional Ethiopian dancer and seasoned facilitator, Bethlehem has over 15 years of leadership experience. She has designed and led 500+ hours of wellness programming, helping individuals and communities build emotional resilience through mindfulness, active listening, and somatic connection.
